Some times not so great customer service but you do get good well-done chicken. But, its a shame this particular Hardees staffs the evening shift manager (S Clark) with untrained workers which causes her to do all the work. I've sat and watched her mop while the drive through worker & front cashier take turns hiding in the restroom and outside smoking instead if doing their jobs. And why put SO many workers on day shift but hardly any on night shift? I've been in and there were 3 workers (including the shift manager)!!! Call-outs or not, its not right. This sort of behavior doesnt go on in neither the Chase City nor Clarksville Stores. Higher management needs to come unannounced and see this for themselves. Teamwork is definitely NOT practiced at this Halifax store!!!!
The service was something to be desired, they were too busy talking to each other on the headphones but couldn't even take my order through drive-thru had to come up to the window, and the two sandwiches that I purchased definitely was not up to par. Unfortunately the way things were few days ago and how things happen today I will not be stopping at this Hardee's anymore
They say u can get good fried chicken n sweet tea down south at hardees? I just got the tea.
I love Hardee's biscuits and chicken. Love this location. Have been coming to this Hardee's for 22+ years. It IS that good. AND this is the ONLY Hardee's, that I know of, that STILL sells their juicy, crunchy, spiced-just-right CHICKEN in the bucket. And their sides are
The chicken is always hot as well as the biscuits maybe because we have to wait. That's because the food is good. Green beans are the best. Taste home cooked like mine and my mom's.
